Healthy Mondays: Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pudding Protein Shake

Hey Ladies

So I was looking threw some pictures on Instagram (Missfatabulous10) and saw a pic of a girl who made a chocolate protein shake with sugar free instant chocolate pudding.  I was like that sounds so go. So I made one this mourning but added PB and a banana. Hope you ladies like this



Peanut Butter/Banana Chocolate Pudding Protein Shake

1 Cup Of Milk (Soy Milk)
1 Tlbs of Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
I scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 of a Banana
1Tlbs Of Peanut Butter
4 Ice Cubes 


Volia 

P.S There is only 27 grams of carbs in it and 15 grams of sugar
