Healthy Tuesday: Juicing

Hey Divas

So today is my 1st day using my Ninja blender and Juicing. So I am really trying to be healthy and lose this weight. So I decied to add juicing to my routine. So here is a recipe for Green Juice. So now to the recipe. . . . . . .

Spinach, Carrots, Granny Smith Apple, Lemon and Cucumber

Green Machine Juice

Handful of Spinach

Whole Apple

Cup of Carrots

Half of Cucumber

Hint: Since I am using my Ninja Blender, I added some water to help it blend. Since I am using everything from the fruit and veggie

All ingredients ready to blend into some juice ! !!

Finish Results: I am going to be honest with you. It was tart, so dont put the lemon in it if you not a tart person. I know next time it will have no lemon in it.

Nails of the Week

Hey Divas,

So I finally did my nails, I have been so lazy. I have been helping my mom redecorate and paint her room. When we are done with hers, then its time to paint and redecorate my room. So anyways. back to nail polish. If you didn't know couple of weeks ago sally's had a big sale on their nail polishes. They were buy 2 and get 1 free. So a sista went a little crazy. So I used one of the colors that I bought. The color that I used was China Glaze turned up the turquoise. I wish I had knew that it was and neon. Neons colors are a pain in the butt. They come on matt and not even, after you put a top coat on it's cool.

D.I.Y: Friendship bracelet

Hey Divas

So I know a lot of you see that friendship bracelets and arm candy is in. So I saw a freindship bracelet at forever 21 that I wanted. They wanted 6.00 for it. I was like; they want 6.00 for this really small friendship bracelet? ! I was like I bet I can make this for way cheaper. So I look up some tutorials and went to get some embroidery floss. So I made a candy strip friendship bracelet that only cost $1.00. to make. Yes, you heard me right only a $1.00. I bought 18 colors and only spent $6.00. Where I would have spent that same amount of money and only gotten one bracelet. I can make so many bracelets now. more bracelets are coming divas.

Chicken Enchiladas

So this past weekend was mother's day. and I wanted to cook for my mommy. So i made Chicken Enchiladas. This was my 1st time making it, so i look at a couple of recipes, and decided to turn it into a cassarole. Here is the recipes, and pictures of the process. I try to take alot of pictures. Since I decied to take pictures of the process half way threw. sorry, this was my 1st food blog.

Chicken Enchiladas

Corn Tortillas

Mexican sheered Cheese

Can of Olives

Can of Chilies

3 cups of sheered Chicken

Big can of green enchiladas sauce

Can of mushroom soup

salt

pepper

onions

garlic

Olive Oil

So saute some onion and garlic in some olivie oil. The combine chicken, olives, chillies, green enchiladas sauce, and the can of mushroom soup. Add pepper and salt to taste. let mixture shimmer on the stove for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put some of the filling in a bottom of a casserole dish. Then sprinkle some cheese on the top, layer some tortillas on top of the filling. Keep doing this untill the mixture is done and the filling is on the top. Top it with cheese and place it in the oven for 45 minutes
