Losing Weight Dairy: Week 1

Hello my Plus Sized Divas

Well your sister here, is trying to lose weight and get healthy. So i been working out and eating right. It is really hard sometimes, when you are around people who don't or need to lose weight. Have to have alot of motivation to go threw it. So what i been doing is using a workout DVD 5 days a week and using the Famous Shake weight 7 days a week twice a day and doing 300 crunches.
